All orders qualify for free shipping.

8.4 Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Copenhavers are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

9. Refund and Return Policy

9.1 Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy. The return period begins from the date you receive your order.

9.2 Return Conditions

Returned items must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact, and must not have been used or washed.

9.3 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

9.4 Non-Returnable Items
