Return and refund policy

1. Return Period

Returns can be requested within 30 days from the date of receipt.


2. Return Conditions

Returned items must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Remain in new condition: unused, unwritten, unmarked
  • Original tags intact, packaging complete
  • Proof of purchase retained (receipt or order confirmation)

3. Return Process

Our customer service team will complete the review within 1-2 business days.

Step 3: Receive Return Instructions

Once approved, we will send you the warehouse return address via email.

Step 4: Ship the Item Back

  • We will cover the return shipping costs
  • Ship the item within 7 business days of receiving the return instructions.
  • Keep the tracking number for your records.

Step 5: Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.

Note: Packages returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


4. Exchange Policy

For exchanges, please follow the instructions below:

Exchange Options

  • Same item exchange (color/size/quantity): Please request a return first. After the refund is processed, place a separate order for the item you need.
  • Different item exchange: Please request a return first, then place a new order for the new item.

Exchange Steps

  1. Contact customer service to submit an exchange/return request
  2. Wait for review and approval (1-2 business days)
  3. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for the original item
  4. Ship the original item to the designated address
  5. After the return is confirmed, place an order for the new item

Important Notes

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of receipt
  • Price differences and additional shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility
  • If the replacement item is out of stock, we will provide a refund or an item of equal value

Tip: To ensure you get the item you want, we recommend submitting your request and shipping the item back as soon as possible.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt:

  • Check if the packaging is intact
  • Verify the correct quantity
  • Confirm product quality and description match

If you discover any issues (damaged items, defects, wrong item received, missing parts), please contact us immediately:

We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including free return shipping for defective or damaged items.


6. Non-Returnable Items

For product quality and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Used or opened stationery (opened notebooks, used pens/pencils, ink, paint, etc.)
  • Opened consumables (sticky notes, tape, stickers, etc.)
